Class Payments:- Major class payment = Base pay + Completion incentive
- Your base pay: US$13-15 per 40-minute lesson + 5 minutes of class preparation before class
- Your completion incentive payment: Up to US$36 per Unit
- Free Trial class payment: Base pay + Conversion incentive
- Your base pay: US$13-15 per 40-minute lesson + 5 minutes of class preparation before class
- Your conversion incentive payment: US$8 per student conversion within 5 days
- Emergency Sub Class Payment (Teacher Support assigns a class to standby teacher within 24 hours of start time) = Base pay + Emergency Sub Incentive within 24 hours
- Your base pay: US$13-15 per 40-minute lesson + 5 minutes of class preparation before class
- Your emergency sub incentive payment: US$7 per successfully conducted class
Payment: - Remittance: Transfers are initiated on the 15th of the following month
- Payment Period: 1st-31st
- Payment Method: Wire transfer
- Transaction fee: SayABC adds an additional US$12 to payments to non-US accounts to cover transaction fees. Please note your local bank may charge for receiving USD. SayABC is not responsible for further fees charged by financial institutions.
- The day in which the remittance is deposited in teacher’s account depends on processing times of the financial institutions involved. Some banks may take an additional 4-5 working days to process payments.
Availability and Time SlotsPlease note that during the class assignment process, our system will primarily assign classes based on Homerooms. Each Homeroom assignment consists of two classes per week, for a total of 9 lessons, at a fixed time with the following four possible day pairings:
- Monday and Thursday (A)
- Tuesday and Friday (B)
- Wednesday and Saturday (C)
- Saturday and Sunday (D)
